Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead digital engagement with Walmart, leveraging deep insights into customer operations, digital shoppers, and category trends to drive sales and market share.
  • P&L Management: Own the eCommerce P&L. Deliver on KPIs including Net Sales, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Profit, and Market Share while aligning with Walmart’s Joint Business Plan (JBP) goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Master analytics tools—including Walmart Scintilla data—to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Commercial Planning: Own end-to-end eCommerce planning, forecasting, and the 5Ps. Provide strategic portfolio recommendations for Walmart.com during annual line reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Omni Category Management, Search, Content, and Shopper Marketing teams to optimize the digital shelf and maximize brand engagement.
  • Supply Chain Alignment: Collaborate with Walmart’s eCommerce supply chain and Colgate’s CPFR teams to ensure seamless product availability and optimal inventory health.
  • Internal Advocacy: Serve as the eCommerce Champion within Colgate’s Walmart team, scaling best practices across the organization.

Who You Are

  • Digital & Data Enthusiast: You possess a genuine passion for eCommerce and analytics, constantly staying ahead of digital trends to elevate the online shopper experience.
  • Strategic Collaborator: You excel at connecting the dots across cross-functional teams to build robust, insights-driven customer plans.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinker: You thrive in fast-paced environments, actively driving change, navigating ambiguity, and unlocking new growth channels.
  • Curious Learner: You routinely analyze what works and what doesn't, using data-driven evaluation to continuously refine commercial tactics.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial roles managing omni-channel or online customers within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or a adjacent industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to effectively influence internal teams and Walmart partners.
  • Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Attitude: A proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience managing retail accounts like Walmart and familiarity with their data ecosystem (Scintilla, Digital Landscapes, Supplier One).
  • Experience utilizing industry standard tools for Digital Shelf optimization.
  • Background in Customer Management, Digital Agencies, Shopper Marketing, or Brand Management.
