Customer Development Host Asian-Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)
Responsibilities
- Aids in the development of Asian Customer Development strategies by making recommendations.
- Continuously monitors profitability of customers in relationship to complimentary goods and services for assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensures that qualified players are properly treated and that all pertinent information regarding these players is recorded and entered into the computer.
- Meets assigned goals and objectives.
- Interacts with slot department personnel to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of player services and casino rating system.
- Good communication skills; bilingual.
- At least three (3) years in a related capacity.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
