About the role
We are seeking a Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the backbone of our data integrity, empowering our commercial and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Key Goals: Data Integrity, Database Optimization, Data Enrichment
- Account Creation & Onboarding: Accurately set up new customer accounts in SAP and process web registrations.
- Data Hygiene & Merging: Scout out duplicate accounts and execute merges.
- Database Enrichment: Validate internal data against external sources and append missing information.
- Pricing Administration: Assign appropriate pricing tiers based on eligibility guidelines.
- Auditing & Queue Management: Conduct regular data audits and manage the daily request queue.
- Special Projects: Support with data migration, system updates, and other projects.
Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of data entry/data processing experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data filtering, file manipulation).
