Customer Compliance Representative II
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer and product repair requirements daily to ensure absolute compliance with purchase orders, contracts, and command media procedures.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer accounts, providing transparent communication regarding receipt status for repairs.
- Proactively identify and execute Value Added Services (VAS) opportunities across both Services and Spares portfolios; leverage the compliance review process to propose strategic enhancements that drive business growth and optimize customer lifecycle support.
- Analyze complex customer issues and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to implement creative, systemic corrective actions.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to continuously improve compliance processes; participate in Kaizen events and process walks on the manufacturing floor.
- Interpret technical specifications, standards, and component manufacturing manuals to ensure all work scopes align with FAA and military aerospace standards.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in developing work scopes, facilitating customer account management, and supporting AOG (Aircraft on Ground) emergency requirements.
- Organize and prioritize multiple activities in a team environment to drive continuous improvement projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant work experience in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proven ability to follow and interpret command media procedures and strict regulatory policies.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and implement systemic corrective actions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to enter the FAA-mandated Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program and undergo random screening.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate’s degree in Business, or a Technical field.
- Previous experience with government contracting agencies, Airline/MRO procurement, or Aftermarket Repair Stations.
- Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office Products.
- Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Technical understanding of electronic components and BAE Systems product applications, including knowledge of Military and FAA standards.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64935 - $110390

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
