Customer Client Services
Location: Oak Park, Michigan – Full‑time, onsite position (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, delivering exceptional client support.
- Use AI technology to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and improve service delivery.
- Handle incoming customer requests and resolve issues with creativity and speed.
- Make proactive outreach (non‑cold calls) to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- Assist with promoting and marketing member businesses through AI‑enhanced strategies.
- Act as a purchasing agent, helping members buy and sell on trade.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in corporate customer service, account management, or B2B support.
- Excellent communication skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office; interest in learning AI customer‑service tools.
- 2+ years of college preferred.
- Professional, positive, and team‑focused attitude.
Pay
$50,000 – $55,000 base salary per year.
Schedule
Full‑time, onsite, daytime hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
