Overview As Client Services, you are responsible for creating a premium but welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike, Client Services will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s studio facilities and the successful interaction with its clients. The ideal candidate for this position will be charismatic, highly organized, and have experience in the hospitality (or similar) industry. This is a freelance role for an initial 45 day booking with a potential to extend. Responsibilities Provide premium hospitality services for studio clientele in the feature film, television, and advertising industriesGreet clients and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while exhibiting professional and graceful demeanorManage studio spaces on a daily basis: coordination with vendors, upkeep, presentation, and supply orderingFacilitate client requests and support company staffAnswer phones, transfer calls, and take/send messagesMaintain food services, coffee/beverages, and kitchen/loungeManage studio budgets strictly and carefullyInterface with clients on a daily and ongoing basis to serve their projects and to build their relationships within the studio and with its artistsSupport producing team with special projects, as assignedMaintain safety and cleanliness of the studio with regular disinfection of work stationsSupport executive assistant with executives’ scheduling and time managementExplore and apply AI tools to enhance creative workflows, from generating fresh content ideas to streamlining production tasks, while staying curious about emerging technologies that shape the future of storytellingOther duties as assigned Qualifications Experience as a coordinator, or equivalent experienceOutgoing, friendly personality and ability to thrive in a busy environmentStrong aptitude for hospitality, networking, and client interactionHigh attention to detail and superior organization skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to "think on your feet" and problem solveFilm, television & entertainment experience or knowledge a plus but not required Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Location & Commitments Temporary roleIn-person/in-office minimum of 5 days per week Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
