Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee safety statistics and track safety training
  • Track and manage truck inventory counts
  • Generate and manage on-call schedules
  • Avoidance of customer surveys
  • Assist with customer service request scheduling and follow-up
  • Manage technical service work to meet customer expectations
  • Analyze and adjust technical team performance to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support parts ordering and PO creation
  • Create and track RMAs, prepare shipments for returns, and track receipts
  • Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, and manage branch and vehicle inventories
  • Set up new customer accounts and work with vendors on invoice and shipment issues
  • Partners with the Service Team Manager to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of technical service work
  • Maintain and create customer bill-to-account information, reconcile updates
  • Perform duties of the Customer Resource Coordinator as needed
  • Manage new trunk creations and close inventory trunks, tool, and product inventories
  • Order and track uniforms
  • Perform other duties and administrative activities as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
  • Ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external clients
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously with tact, cooperation, and persistence
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet business applications
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals
  • Able to influence diverse teams to achieve tasks and goals

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles are desired

Pay

Hiring hourly range: $22.12 - $34 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
