Customer Care Service Support Coord 1

Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee safety statistics and track safety training
- Track and manage truck inventory counts
- Generate and manage on-call schedules
- Avoidance of customer surveys
- Assist with customer service request scheduling and follow-up
- Manage technical service work to meet customer expectations
- Analyze and adjust technical team performance to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support parts ordering and PO creation
- Create and track RMAs, prepare shipments for returns, and track receipts
- Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, and manage branch and vehicle inventories
- Set up new customer accounts and work with vendors on invoice and shipment issues
- Partners with the Service Team Manager to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of technical service work
- Maintain and create customer bill-to-account information, reconcile updates
- Perform duties of the Customer Resource Coordinator as needed
- Manage new trunk creations and close inventory trunks, tool, and product inventories
- Order and track uniforms
- Perform other duties and administrative activities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
- Ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external clients
- Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and issues simultaneously with tact, cooperation, and persistence
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet business applications
- Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals
- Able to influence diverse teams to achieve tasks and goals
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles are desired

Pay
Hiring hourly range: $22.12 - $34 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
