Customer Care & Response Representative

About the role

We are looking for outgoing representatives who can multitask well, learn quickly, and deliver excellent customer service to our clients. A successful candidate should demonstrate empathy, a sense of urgency, and leave customers feeling valued whether communicating through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. This role involves overseeing many moving parts, requiring high-level multitasking skills and the ability to stay focused while managing each detail of our customer and technician support process.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales inquiries
• Capture customer details and explain the company’s products and services
• Schedule sales and service appointments
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
• Enter and update customer information into the company database
• Work to improve systems and processes to make the call center more effective and efficient
• Coordinate projects and goals with other call center team members

Qualifications

• Confidence and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers on the phone
• Attention to detail and concern for doing things right the first time
• Desire to work as part of a team and provide backup for team members
• Concern for helping people and aptitude for making people feel important and valued
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
• Experience using MS Windows and common business software
• Skill in learning and applying new software
