About the role

ICP Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative for its Tampa, FL location. This role serves as a vital part of a prominent global manufacturer headquartered in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls with a positive and upbeat attitude, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Accurately enter all received orders and communicate any exceptions to customers.
  • Master the Syspro operating system to enter orders, retrieve customer history, stock status, and sales order status.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations and Credits.
  • Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at dealer accounts.
  • Create and assemble marketing materials for Sales Representatives.
  • Proof and edit documents as assigned.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with entering and looking up data within an ERP system.
  • Retail industry experience is a plus!

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro).

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote Monday and Friday.
