About the role
ICP Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative for its Tampa, FL location. This role serves as a vital part of a prominent global manufacturer headquartered in Andover, MA.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls with a positive and upbeat attitude, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Accurately enter all received orders and communicate any exceptions to customers.
- Master the Syspro operating system to enter orders, retrieve customer history, stock status, and sales order status.
- Process Return Material Authorizations and Credits.
- Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at dealer accounts.
- Create and assemble marketing materials for Sales Representatives.
- Proof and edit documents as assigned.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with entering and looking up data within an ERP system.
- Retail industry experience is a plus!
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro).
