About the Role
This on-site, full-time position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The Construction Customer Care Representative ensures the luxury homebuying experience continues post-move-in by delivering quality warranty service to homeowners. The role involves coordinating service requests, conducting inspections, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine meetings with homeowners to assess and address warranty request submissions.
- Coordinate service appointments and communications between homeowners and trade partners.
- Manage service requests: entering, updating, closing, and processing purchase orders.
- Perform Home Complete and Quality Inspections prior to home delivery.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics for homeowners served.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3–5 years of residential construction experience (required).
- Experience with a service department (preferred).
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
Skills
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and detail orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear and concise articulation of ideas.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address business needs and issues.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Pay
$26.61–$35.28 per hour.
