Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Customer Care or Customer Service experience
- Prior college education preferred
- Some College
- SAP experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Microsoft Outlook experience
Essential Duties
- Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers, spanning all Chamberlain Group product lines
- Utilize Salesforce to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports
- Enter and manage orders in SAP
- Provide product information, pricing and availability
- Provide ongoing support of Inside and Outside Sales team
- Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $30.79/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
