Customer Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up phone calls in a timely manner
• Absorb and respond to customer needs and concerns
• Accurately identify and document appropriate service and maintenance needed
• Cook shuttle or loaner service, as requested
• Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns
• Ensure regular communication with customers to include reminder calls, status updates on vehicle service, scheduling follow-up appointments, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm
• Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule between Monday through Saturday
• Work hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm

Pay

Pay Range: $19.42 - $24.36 per hour
