Specific Responsibilities

  • Enters and confirms at least 30 purchase orders per day
  • Provides invoices to customers
  • Enters promotional orders
  • Prepares Return Authorizations as needed
  • Investigates Shortage Claims/Credits
  • Enters data into CRM for Sales purposes
  • Accesses and processes orders via EDI
  • Answers calls
  • Learns about and is able to speak on specific product knowledge

Key Relationships (internal and external)

  • Customers: Dealers, Doctors, SDI representatives, Warehouse associates

Job Environment

The location of this position is: Itasca, IL
Full time position/40 hours per week

Essential Qualification/Experience

  • Customer service experience 2+ years
  • Proficient in SAP preferred
  • Order entry experience
  • Type minimum 40 WPM
  • Highly organized
