Specific Responsibilities
- Enters and confirms at least 30 purchase orders per day
- Provides invoices to customers
- Enters promotional orders
- Prepares Return Authorizations as needed
- Investigates Shortage Claims/Credits
- Enters data into CRM for Sales purposes
- Accesses and processes orders via EDI
- Answers calls
- Learns about and is able to speak on specific product knowledge
Key Relationships (internal and external)
- Customers: Dealers, Doctors, SDI representatives, Warehouse associates
Job Environment
The location of this position is: Itasca, IL
Full time position/40 hours per week
Essential Qualification/Experience
- Customer service experience 2+ years
- Proficient in SAP preferred
- Order entry experience
- Type minimum 40 WPM
- Highly organized
