Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and other factors. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.
What Is the Opportunity?
Are you passionate about helping others through challenging times? This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling a high volume of calls, and ensuring accurate documentation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
What Will You Do?
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction and trust by listening actively and applying product and systems knowledge.
- Adapt communication styles to provide a positive, empathetic, and thorough customer experience.
- Absorb and document information from various customer situations using multiple workflows.
- Navigate multiple technological systems and platforms to access and input information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong ability to maintain composure and flexibility while delivering a positive, differentiated service.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust and de-escalate issues.
- Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn and adapt to new information and technology.
- Strong multitasking skills, including typing and system navigation.
- Ability to work well in a structured setting and maintain excellent attendance.
