About the role

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to incoming internet leads and sales calls, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound leads by phone, text message, and email with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
  • Confirming all sales appointments and rescheduling missed appointments.
  • Aiding BDC Manager and Sales Managers with unsold, sold, and service appointment follow-up as assigned.
  • Providing adequate and accurate vehicle information to prospects.
  • Preparing Sales Associates and vehicles (if applicable) for incoming appointments.
  • Utilizing CRM system to record all work completed, as well as assisting managers and sales associates with input of new information.
  • Communicating consistently with BDC manager and reporting all activity to them.
  • Participating in ongoing training.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
