Customer Analytics Senior Director
About the Role
As a Customer Analytics Senior Director, you will lead the enterprise customer analytics strategy that powers smarter business decisions across pricing, promotions, loyalty, digital, menu, and operational initiatives. You will transform complex customer data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and long-term customer value. This role focuses on uncovering opportunities that improve customer experiences and business performance while ensuring customer insights remain central to key decisions. You will collaborate closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Digital, and other business functions to advance innovative analytics capabilities and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer analytics strategy across key business initiatives
- Establish and evolve customer measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Identify customer trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Translate analytics into executive-level recommendations
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to connect insights to performance
- Drive customer-centric decision making across the organization
- Oversee enterprise dashboards and scalable reporting capabilities
- Champion data governance and metric standardization
- Integrate customer insights into strategic planning efforts
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Guide organizational transformation through analytics-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of progressive analytics, strategy, or business intelligence experience
- Expertise in customer analytics and performance measurement
- Experience influencing executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business strategy and financial acumen
- Experience developing enterprise KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business action
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing brands
- Expertise in customer segmentation, loyalty, and customer lifecycle analytics
- Experience leading enterprise analytics transformations
- Knowledge of data governance and analytics best practices
- Experience building scalable dashboard and reporting solutions
- Proven success partnering with Finance to drive growth and profitability strategies
- Experience leading multiple teams or analytics leaders within a large organization

Schedule
This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on-site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. Full-time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
