About the Team

The FHN Financial Information Technology Client Services team provides technical support that enables employees to work efficiently and securely. The team collaborates closely with IT infrastructure and other technology groups to maintain a reliable, responsive, and secure technology environment while supporting business operations across the organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to provide first- and second-level technical support for employees across the organization. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues while supporting IT projects, system deployments, and user training. This position is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktop systems, applications, and end users.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, email, networking, printers, file access, passwords, and mobile devices.
• Support workstation setup, hardware deployment, equipment moves, and technology upgrades.
• Aid with application rollouts, security initiatives, and other IT infrastructure projects.
• Perform file restorations, manage user permissions, and resolve connectivity and security-related issues.
• Deliver user training and technical guidance when required.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and highly available technology environment.
• Learn and support proprietary financial applications and industry-specific technologies.
• Participate in after-hours project work and on-call support as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of IT support experience with demonstrated success in technical troubleshooting and customer support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, internet browsers, PowerShell, Windows security, hardware, antivirus software, networking, and mobile devices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support users at all organizational levels.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
