Responsibilities
- Support and promote ImageFIRST's values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company
- Build positive relationships with principal customer contacts
- Identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix
- Identify changes in programs that require updated paperwork to maximize contract terms
- Act as ImageFIRST's "face" to customers and potential customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within sales or a route sales role
- Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe
- Able to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
- Able to drive commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and Excellent Driving Record
- Knowledge of area and sense of direction
Qualifications
Must have a high level of product knowledge including pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, and product application.
