Essential Functions
- Evaluate Customer Agreements and configure Invoicing and Settlement Tariffs/Rates in TMW to support that agreement
- Decipher and communicate new or changes to existing agreements to the Revenue Accounting/Billing team
- Serve as a Knowledge Base on existing Customers and Agreements for Sales, Pricing and Revenue Accounting
- Calculate, document, and implement required Tariff/Rate increases as outlined in Customer Agreements or based on guidance provided by Sales and/or Pricing
- Proactively identify Customer rate discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve
- Aid in the development of data quality guidelines and subsequent governance for Customer related data
- Perform routine audit of TMW Customer Data and administer changes as needed to keep in accordance with published KAG data standards
- Perform comprehensive audit of Customer Invoicing to ensure compliance with Contract Bill/Pay provisions and create audit trail documentation
- Aid in the annual financial audit by providing evidence of customer agreement with rates as requested
- Calculate, maintain, update and report KAG Fuel Surcharge pricing to both internal and external customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma and experience required
- 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience
- Strong Communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical skills
