About the role
Join a global leader redefining dental practice management and do work that actually matters. As a Customer Acquisition Manager, you will develop and optimize our customer acquisition efforts. This role will execute Marketing efforts on both paid and unpaid/organic channels, including Paid Search, Paid & Organic Social, SEO, Influencers, & Affiliate.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to attract new leads and customers across various digital channels.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels to meet acquisition targets.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Set clear objectives and expectations with digital marketing agency. Monitor performance and ROI and hold regular check-ins to ensure that deliverables are met and agency is driving new customer growth.
- Content Production Workflow: Oversee content production workflow that involves internal and external stakeholders from ideation to publication.
Requirements
- Senior level professional with knowledge and full understanding of one or more disciplines.
- Good judgment, strong analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks.
- Knowledge and full understanding of one or more disciplines and good knowledge of organization, processes and customers.
- Experience managing agencies and/or consultants.
- Ability to deploy media budget quickly across channels based on performance.
- Proven track record of driving efficient digital acquisition performance via flawless campaign execution and thorough ongoing analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Paid Search and Social platforms, including: Google, Bing and Meta.
- Proficient with SEMRush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tool.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and an ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Typically, 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
- 5 or more years of experience owning a budget and driving revenue from Customer Acquisition Marketing.
- Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
