Customer Account Representative - Sunday's Off!

About the role

We are hiring immediate customer service representatives who want to grow with the company and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This position involves moving around the store and delivering products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure they stay up-to-date and comply with company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service both inside and outside the store.
• Deliver products to customers' homes or locations as needed.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
