Customer Account Rep (Off On Sundays)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Aid with account setup, updates, billing questions, payment processing, and general account maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach
  • Document account activity and interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to account handling, confidentiality, and service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve account-related issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer helpful solutions
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across account systems

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, account support, retail, call center, or a related role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers, account systems, and standard office software
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
