Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Aid with account setup, updates, billing questions, payment processing, and general account maintenance
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach
- Document account activity and interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow company policies and procedures related to account handling, confidentiality, and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve account-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer helpful solutions
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across account systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, account support, retail, call center, or a related role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers, account systems, and standard office software
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
