Customer Account Representative - Sunday's Off!

About the role

We are hiring immediate customer service representatives who want to grow with the company and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves moving around the store and driving vehicles to deliver products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure they stay up-to-date with company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service both inside and outside the store.
• Deliver products to customers' homes as needed.
• Ensure all deliveries are made safely and according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage different customer accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
