Customer Account Representative - CPA

Areas Of Responsibility / Tasks

• Processes customers' purchase orders and all related requests
• Ensures the transaction meets shipment deadlines
• Maintains all customer specific information within operating system
• Captures order flow across multiple departments within CPA
• Fulfills set guidelines in submitting accurate and complete requests/paperwork to other departments by appropriate deadlines
• Works in conjunction with the Sales Representative to maintain customer pricing quotes
• Communicates order status to customers, including backorder information, blanket order status, and future order confirmations
• Monitors and enforces existing orders per the terms of the agreement between CPA and the customers
• Contributes to the group's success by assisting with coverage during absences
• Actively problem solves by seeking better alternatives for performing assigned tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel with the aptitude to quickly learn and understand additional applications

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Certifications

• Education: Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience in distribution and supply chain preferred
• Licenses / Certifications: Valid driver’s license – required
• Language: Proficiency in English required
• Bi-Lingual – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
