What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone, in person, and during deliveries.
  • Aid with account-related tasks such as order processing, account updates, and payment collection as needed.
  • Prepare, verify, load, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timing, and account information.
  • Handle deliveries safely while following all traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle safety procedures.
  • Inspect delivery vehicles and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Resolve routine customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support the team with general branch, warehouse, or office duties as assigned.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as required.
  • Basic computer or point-of-sale skills preferred.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, delivery, account support, retail, or a related field is helpful.
  • Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks accurately, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A professional appearance and a commitment to representing the company well.
