What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone, in person, and during deliveries.
- Aid with account-related tasks such as order processing, account updates, and payment collection as needed.
- Prepare, verify, load, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timing, and account information.
- Handle deliveries safely while following all traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle safety procedures.
- Inspect delivery vehicles and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Resolve routine customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support the team with general branch, warehouse, or office duties as assigned.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as required.
- Basic computer or point-of-sale skills preferred.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, delivery, account support, retail, or a related field is helpful.
- Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks accurately, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A professional appearance and a commitment to representing the company well.
