We're seeking a Customer Account Operations Manager to lead the administration of customer contracts, oversee pricing programs, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the customer bid process from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award management.
• Manage customer contracts, renewals, pricing schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and administer customer pricing structures and contract-based pricing agreements.
• Partner with accounting and billing teams to resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies.
• Serve as an escalation resource for complex customer service issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Analyze bid results and contract performance to support future business decisions.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, pricing management, bid management, customer account management, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or project management tools.
• Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
