About the role
Tenna is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. This position is remote and based in the MST/PST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customer success
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience managing customer relationships in the construction SaaS industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction SaaS products and services
