Customer Account Manager

Description Description: Customer Service Associates interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. Will maintain direct contact with customers concerning all aspects of the ordering process and respond to customer inquiries/requests for information concerning orders, deliveries, returns and any issues in a professional and timely manner.
