Custom Sign Production

About the role

Custom Sign Production Specialists work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to produce and install custom sign and graphic products on vehicles, at customer sites and in retail and commercial building interiors and exteriors. Our sign specialists work on the computer, in the shop and in the field, producing, finishing, and installing custom signs of all types. Prior vinyl and machine experience is a plus! We will pay a $500 entry level BONUS or a $1,000 BONUS to new employees with prior custom sign production and installation experience, following the successful completion of your 90-day Orientation and Training employment period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, apply, and finish computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on predetermined substrate or other media.
• Operate and maintain various custom sign printer(s), cutters, and routers.
• Work on the computer, in the shop, and in the field producing, finishing, and installing custom signs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools and light power equipment.
• Ability to learn to operate computer‑controlled production equipment.
• Able to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to distinguish colors.
• Willingness to work outside, in the field, and at customer locations.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
