Custom Metal Roofing Sales Supervisor

About the role

HPM Building Supply in Wailuku or Lawai, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) Sales Supervisor for the Kauai and Maui Region.

Responsibilities

• Partners with customers, sales, manufacturing, and management to ensure top-quality custom metal roofing is produced to specifications and delivered on time.
• Leads the Custom Metal Roofing Sales team at the branch, coaching, assigning work, training, onboarding, and motivating the team to optimum performance.
• Regularly evaluates and improves team processes/practices to meet financial and operations objectives.

Requirements

• 2 years of custom metal roofing sales experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of building materials is a plus.

Skills

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The expected pay range for a Custom Metal Roofing Sales Supervisor in Wailuku or Lawai, Hawaii is $25.34 - $30.43 hourly base plus commission.

Schedule

The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. No weekends!
