About the role

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in various weather conditions, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season, involving agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. This role offers opportunities for independent and team-based work, with in-house paid CDL and equipment training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern agriculture equipment, such as John Deere R4038 or R4044 Sprayers & Spreaders with luxury cabs
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Adapt to varying work assignments based on seasonal demands

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and ability to work well in a team
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks (e.g., standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching difficult areas)
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment testing and a background check

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for all necessary equipment and skills.
