About the role

The Performance Measurement & Reporting team supports investment reporting for asset management and personal trust accounts. The Custody Operations Analyst manages a portfolio of accounts and ensures the accuracy of investment performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage assigned client accounts.
  • Review account data and investigate exceptions or discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve account-related issues.
  • Execute operational tasks and complete service requests.
  • Respond to questions and inquiries from internal business partners.
  • Perform audits and review reporting outputs.
  • Validate performance calculations and reporting data.
  • Support monthly reporting cycles and critical production deadlines.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues.
  • Contribute to team initiatives that improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teammates and business partners across the organization.

Requirements

Two years or more of related experience. Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s).

Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, & Institutional Banking business lines and clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from the U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range

$64,855.00 - $76,300.00
