Performance Operations Analyst

Pay RateUp to $51/hrResponsibilitiesSupport the measurement, validation, and reporting of daily portfolio and benchmark performance.Conduct quality control reviews and address data inconsistencies.Assist with the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of benchmarks.Work with internal and external teams to resolve issues affecting performance reports.Facilitate regulatory, board, client, and management reporting needs.Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies for resolution.Create regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.Help develop operational controls, procedures, and audit documentation.Engage in process automation and improvement using technologies like Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.Collaborate with global teams to enhance procedures and ensure consistent service.Perform additional tasks as assigned.QualificationsExperience in investment management operations or related financial services.Knowledge of portfolio performance measurement and benchmark calculations; GIPS familiarity is beneficial.Understanding of various investment products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with platforms like Aladdin, FactSet, B-One, or StatPro is preferred.Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or AI tools is advantageous.Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and sound judgment.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and escalate issues appropriately.Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills.
