Personnel Commission CLASSIFIED JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Centinela Valley Union High School District Substitute - On Callposition Custodian Type On call as needed. These positions work Monday-Friday. Hours may vary. Compensation Range 27; Schedule M; Step 1: $ 23.40 Hourly Type Of Recruitment This is an OPEN recruitment to establish a list of substitutes for the classification of Custodian (Substitute). No effort will be made to maintain a rank order of the applicants (P.C. Rule 60.100.5). Testing Procedure The examination process will consist of a written examination. Applications will be screened on a regular basis, and testing will be scheduled throughout the year as needed. Description Under the supervision of a Plant Manager, provide custodial services at an assigned site, maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students, staff, and visitors, performs specialized cleaning tasks, and assists in preparing facilities for classroom activities and campus events. Experience: Any combination of education, experience and training that likely would provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License Requirements Possession of a valid California driver's license.
