What we ask of you:
- Keeping Things Spotless: Do you enjoy cleaning and organizing? You’ll be responsible for sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and maintaining classrooms, hallways, and other spaces.
- Fixing Small Problems Before They Become Big Ones: Are you handy with tools and quick to solve maintenance issues? You’ll take care of minor repairs and report anything needing extra attention.
- Staying Active and Energetic: Do you like staying on your feet and working in a fast-paced environment? This role involves physical activity like lifting, moving, and standing throughout your shift.
- Being Reliable: Are you someone others can count on? You’ll have a consistent schedule and will play an essential part in keeping our schools running smoothly.
- Caring About Safety: Do you notice details and think ahead? You’ll help ensure a safe environment by following cleaning protocols and identifying hazards.
Job Goal
To provide all students with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, attractive, pleasant, and smooth-functioning.
Pay
- Salary: $10.92-$15.92/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience)
- Schedule: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year
- Available to employees hired to work 4+ hours/day, 5 days/week
