CUSTODIAN FULL-TIME (40 HOURS PER WEEK) MARTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Responsibilities
- general cleaning
- painting
- general repairs to plumbing/electrical/carpentry
- replacing broken windows
- checking boilers
- monitoring supplies
Requirements
- moderate physical effort
- lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak and hear
- use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools
