CUSTODIAN FULL-TIME (40 HOURS PER WEEK) at MARTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
Responsibilities
- general cleaning
- painting
- general repairs to plumbing/electrical/carpentry
- replacing broken windows
- checking boilers
- monitoring supplies
Requirements
- moderate physical effort
- lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak and hear
- use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools
Benefits

Schedule
Nights: Monday – Friday 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Qualifications
The position requires moderate physical effort. The employee is required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; the employee is frequently required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak and hear, and use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools.
