Custodian II

About the role

This position will be maintaining the buildings at the Waterbury Complex working with a diverse and team-oriented group.

Responsibilities

- Daily cleaning of the buildings in the complex. - Addressing bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. - Working outdoors in all types of weather. - Climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. - Overtime and evening work may be required.

Requirements

- One (1) year or more of building custodial work that includes floor maintenance tasks such as stripping and waxing floors and carpet extraction. - One (1) year as a BGS Custodian I. - Valid driver's license and own transportation for travel between work locations. - Pass any level of background investigation applicable to the position.

Pay

Starting rate may be negotiable based on experience and education. This position is eligible for a sign-on and retention bonus of up to $1000!

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm.
