About the role
The Town of Groton Department of Public Works is accepting applications for a full-time Custodian I position working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building cleaning duties for municipal buildings
- Mow lawns and clear snow as required
- Use hand and power cleaning tools effectively
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to make basic math computations
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally and up to 100 pounds seldom
Pay
$21.29 – $30.40 per hour based on experience.
