Scope
Maintains building and grounds by providing housekeeping, grounds keeping, and office keeping.
Responsibilities
- Trash pick-up
- Dusting
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Cleaning ceiling vents
- Detailed restroom cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Floor waxing
- Window cleaning
- Prepare and set up of rooms for breakfast, lunches and other duties assigned as required by the business
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, repeated bending, lifting on a regular basis for 8+ hours a day.
Skills & Requirements
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Neat in appearance
- Basic safety knowledge
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
