As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most renowned ski resorts in North America. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and provide prompt assistance during emergencies.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service and answer their questions.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
