Custodian-Driver

Summary of Function: The Custodian maintains the cleanliness of the buildings. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Office Responsibilities Empty trash cans.Vacuum office area.Sweep and Mop tiled areas and entry ways.Clean restrooms.Dust walls, window sills, blinds, cabinets, etc.Clean windows. Main Cleanroom Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom, gowning room and the transfer area in accordance to specified requirements for the cleanroom.Monitor and order cleanroom supplies. Restroom And Locker Room Responsibilities Clean and restock restrooms and locker rooms. Lunchroom Responsibilities Sweep and mop lunchroom.Wipe down tables and chairs.Clean sink area.Empty and Clean Refrigerator as needed.Clean and stock coffee area. Shop Floor And Warehouse Responsibilities Empty all garbage containers.Sweep walkways and stairs.Clean floors. Other Responsibilities Make pickups using company vehicle as assigned.Monitor and order cleaning supplies.Perform custodial duties for Technology Center when required.Other duties as assigned. Organizational Relationships: Directly reports to the Maintenance Manager. Needs to be a team player and work closely with entire Medbio team. Experience and/or Educational Requirements: Must have a valid State of Michigan drivers license. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work and perform what would be considered standard practices for this type of position in the industry.Must be able to lift 50 pounds minimum on a regular basis.Must be able to operate a hi-lo/forklift.
