Essential Functions

  • Maintain and keep building facility and property in clean and orderly condition.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Ensure all restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, stairwells, program rooms, fitness centers, and outside grounds are clean and safe.
  • Move furniture and equipment as required to properly and thoroughly clean areas including windows.
  • Auxiliary in setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings and events.
  • Refill bathroom supplies including but not limited to, toilet tissue, towels, soap, etc.
  • During winter months, assist with snow removal.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Notify managers regarding the need for repairs.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional work outside the facility to clean the facility grounds.
  • Removal of debris and during inclement weather requiring snow removal.
  • Stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
  • Lift heavy objects, climb ladders of different heights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Multi-Lingual
