Custodian-Carondelet Park Rec Complex YMCA

Responsibilities

• Complete all duties listed on the daily schedule to ensure the Y remains attractive and clean.
• Maintain upkeep of assigned area and equipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks including wet and dust mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, pool cleaning, painting, vacuuming, and seasonal activities such as lawn care and snow removal.
• Operate related motorized and non-motorized equipment.
• Record and report all needed repairs; perform repairs as directed.
• Ensure YMCA building and property is secure during shift and report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Replace soap, paper towels, and other supplies.
• Set up furniture for events as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
