We need to produce HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job posting. The posting includes: - Summary: The Custodian reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and indirectly to the Community Manager. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of community models, vacant units and public access areas including office, clubhouse, restrooms, fitness centers, business center and common halls as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior appearance, as required. Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents, as required. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Then a list of duties (some repeated). Let's extract duties: Remove all trash from grounds daily. Sweep sidewalks, driveways on a regular basis Water trees, shrubs, grass as needed. Assist in trashing out apartments upon move out. Assist in apartment turns. Paint and spackle. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, club house, management office, fitness center, pool area and other work areas Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays. Supports the maintenance team with make-readies and lends a hand to housekeeping when necessary. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs. Water trees, cuts; trim grass and shrubs, as required Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies. Distribute flyers and letters to residents, if necessary. Assist in always keeping the Maintenance shop clean. Responsible for the security of the property always. Keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person. (Master keys are never to be given to contractors, vendors or other persons not employed by Woodmont Properties.) Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and always display a good attitude. Be aware of personal hygiene and cleanliness while on the job. Utilize the company golf cart while on premises to travel between different buildings in the community, where applicable. Report incidents and accidents immediately to your Manager. Open, close, and monitor the hot tub and pool from 11am to 8pm Sunday through Saturday, as per New Jersey Bathing Codes Perform daily custodial duties at the communities common areas. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with basic maintenance tasks. Be available to share the on-call rotation. Then Competencies: Safety and Security, Customer Service, Quality, Quantity, Attendance/Punctuality. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education And/or Experience: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one-month related experience or training. Language Skills: Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able to work in hot and cold environments both in and outdoors. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, cold and warm heat. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The use of a golf cart is required at the following properties: Woodmont Ridge, Woodmont Valley, Woodmont Mews, Woodmont Place, Woodmont West, Woodmont Parc, Woodmont Knolls, Woodmont Way. We need to decide sections. We have summary (could be "About the role"). Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: includes Education/Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Physical Demands, Work Environment. Competencies: maybe "Skills" section. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not present. So we should not include those sections. We should not include "Supervisory Responsibilities" as a heading unless we map to something like "Responsibilities"? But it's just a statement that there are none. Could be included under Qualifications? Probably not needed. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The statement "This job has no supervisory responsibilities." is specific content, but it's not a standard heading. Could we put it under a "Responsibilities" section? Might be okay to include as a bullet under Responsibilities? But it's not a duty. Could be a separate section "Supervisory Responsibilities" but that's not in the allowed headings list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The allowed headings are those. So we cannot create a custom heading like Supervisory Responsibilities. We must fit content into allowed headings. So we could put that statement under Qualifications or maybe under Responsibilities as a note. But it's not a duty. However, we could include it under Qualifications as a note about no supervisory responsibilities. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that statement somewhere. We could add a

under Qualifications after the list, stating "This job has no supervisory responsibilities." That preserves it. Similarly, Competencies could go under Skills section. Thus sections: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (education/experience, language, math, physical demands, work environment, plus note about no supervisory responsibilities) - Skills (competencies: Safety and Security, Customer Service, Quality, Quantity, Attendance/Punctuality) We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. Thus:
