Custodian

About the role

Location: Lowell, Michigan. Join Litehouse as a Custodian working 3rd shift (11:00pm‑7:30am). The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests.
• Clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal.
• Clean facility, including employee restrooms.
• Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• One to three months related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.

Pay

Starting Pay: $17.89 per hour. Shift Pay: 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr additional.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd shift (11:00pm‑7:30am).
