Custodian

About the role

Our ideal candidate is someone who will take pride in keeping the building beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all visitors. Applicants should have some professional cleaning experience or be familiar with cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning surfaces, common areas, and management offices
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Taking out the trash
• Cleaning all restrooms
• Ensuring that all cleaning and sanitary materials remain in stock

Requirements

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Schedule

Work Hours: M-F: 3-11pm (2nd shift)
