Custodian

About the role

Epic Piping is seeking a Custodian to join their Maintenance team. The position is open to individuals at any skill level and offers opportunities for promotion within the company.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policy and procedures.
• Sweep and mop floor space(s) and perform other various cleaning duties, as needed.
• Perform a variety of errands and related custodial tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office buildings and shop buildings.
• May perform minor repairs to facilities and assist maintenance department.
• Undertake routine maintenance tasks related to building operating systems.
