Custodian

Maintenance Duties

• vacuuming
• sweeping
• mopping floors
• picking up debris
• emptying trash cans and recycling
• general cleaning
• using equipment such as floor sweepers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and dusters

Sanitation and Hygiene

• maintain all restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, and footbaths in a sanitary manner
• replenish supplies and paper products in break room and restrooms

Exterior Maintenance

• maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior of building
• maintain outdoor facilities and grounds
• operate a variety of power equipment for general grounds maintenance

Other Duties

• distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed
• follow all safety requirements and wear proper PPE
• implement all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
• inform QA personnel of any quality issues

Qualifications

• high school diploma or equivalent
• janitorial or cleaning experience required
• valid driver's license required
