Custodian

We have 2 open positions: 1 Full-Time (40 hours) and 1 Part-Time (19 hours) supporting our Campus Custodial department.

Pay

• Full-Time: Minimum salary $22,790.45 (offer commensurate with education and related experience)
• Part-Time: $12.32 per hour

Requirements

• Some experience or in-service training courses in institutional housekeeping and related subjects

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with supervisor, students, staff, and faculty
• Work unsupervised
• Analyze situations and perform routine cleaning of each building between class and lab use
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, based on building use by internal and external organizations
• Exercise innovative ideas such as time- and labor-saving techniques
